We offer training that outlines the "how to" of a successful real estate career in Cape Cod and One to One Coaching and Mentoring.

We teach you to be Mobile so you can work from anywhere. Having Mobile agents helps our company grow and we pass the savings on to you - allowing us to offer one of the most generous & lucrative commission splits on Cape Cod. No Franchise Fees or  Desk Fees means more money in your pocket.

We believe that any agent that has worked hard to list a property should be the one receiving all the calls for their listings. Who knows how to sell that house better than the listing agent. Thus increasing your earning potential.

Our Commission Structure Includes-

•     Experience Agents will receive 75% Split on their First 3 Sales Transactions.
   
•     Commission will be increased to 80% there after.
   
•     A $500.00 Transaction fee is accessed for all Sales .
   
•     Experience Agents Commission to Office will be Capped at $20,000 per year
   
•     Recruitment Incentive is 5% of New Agents Commission for their first 3 Sales.
